TERMS OF HIRE

1. Adult outfits are between £30 and £35 to hire for one week. A deposit of £10 is charged to reserve each costume, deductible from the hire charge when you pick up your outfit, but non-refundable if you fail to pick up or cancel your reservation. We do not take cash or cheque deposits but ask for your debit/credit card details for our security. We will attempt to call you if charges are to be made to your card – late returns, washing or repair charges, or full costume replacement – but you are responsible for all repairs or replacements incurred by your hire.

2. Washing of costumes is the responsibility of the customer: all costumes should be washed either by hand or in the machine at 30º/40º without fabric conditioner or dry cleaned if necessary. Some costumes need to be dry cleaned and you will be made aware of this at the time of hiring. Wigs must also be washed by hand using shampoo but no conditioner, rinsed and left to drip dry naturally. All loss and severe damage will be charged for and not limited to any deposit paid.

3. Failure to wash costumes will incur a charge. We charge £5 per unwashed costume and £12+ for dry cleaning. Each costume and accessory not returned by the due date will be charged a further week’s hire for each week the costume is late (or part thereof).
